3.18 Selecting music for music-on-hold

The source of the music can be a CD player or FM/AM Radio. The default setting is silence. To change to
external music:

1. Lift the handset connected to

EXT 20

- the system tone is heard.

2. Press

- you will hear a long system tone.

3. Replace the handset for two seconds and then lift the handset. You will hear the system tone again.

4. Press

5. Press

to select the external audio input (press

to select silence).

If external music is designated, one tone is heard.

•

If silence is designated, two tones are heard.

6.

Replace the handset for two seconds and then lift the handset. You will hear the system tone again.

- you will hear two short system tones.

3.19 Setting voice mail recording time

The maximum combined recording time (up to 10 minutes - 3 minutes is the default) of outgoing Voice
Mail announcement and incoming messages to each extension voice mailbox. Perform the following
steps:

EXT 20

- the system tone is heard.

2. Press

- you will hear a long system tone.

3. Replace the handset for two seconds and then lift the handset. You will hear the system tone again.

4. Press

(01~10 means 1~10 minutes e.g. press

a long system tone.
