3.7 Recording system OGMs

All system OGM’s must be recorded at

EXT 20

1. Lift the handset connected to

EXT 20

-the system tone is heard.

2. Press

- you will hear a long system tone.

3. Replace the handset for two seconds and then lift the handset. You will hear the system tone again.
4.

Press

to select OGM number.

Record your message after the beep. (e.g. “Thanks for calling ABC company. Please press 21 for
Mary, 22 for John, 23 for Michael, or press

for the operator.”)

Replace the handset for two seconds, then lift the handset. You will hear the system tone again

Press

- you will hear two system short tones

Hang up.

3.8 Checking system OGMs

To check recorded OGMs, use the telephone connected to

EXT 20

1. Lift the handset connected to

EXT 20

- the system tone is heard.

2. Press

- you will hear a long system tone.

3. Replace the handset for two seconds and then lift the handset. You will hear the system tone again.
4. Press
