1. Lift the telephone handset connected to

EXT 20

- the system tone is heard.

2. Press

to set the Auto-attendant mode. You will hear a long system tone.

3. Hang up.

3.11 Operator mode

1. Lift the telephone handset connected to

EXT 20

- the system tone is heard.

2. Press

to set the Operator mode. You will hear two short system tones.

3. Hang up.

3.12 Alternate operator extension assignment

1. Lift the telephone handset to be assigned as the Operator extension and press

2. To cancel, lift the handset at the extension and press

3. Replace the handset and then lift handset.

Note:

1. OGM 3 is played when

LINE 2

is assigned only for fax/ voice mode (see Page 6, Section 3.4).

2. All OGMs can be played in the Auto-attendant mode (Default Setting).
3. In the Operator mode, all incoming calls are answered by an Operator.
