Normal Maintenance
General Notes
The maintenance intervals given in this chapter are intended for use as guidelines only.
The machine’s frequency of use will determine how often these maintenance items will
need to be performed. Contact Comco if you have questions.
Note the following cautions before beginning any maintenance or repair task:
Unless specifically directed otherwise, ALWAYS depressurize the
unit and unplug it before removing the cover or doing any
maintenance or repairs.
There may be sharp edges inside the cabinet, which could cause
injury to personnel or damage to components.
Observe all safety precautions provided within this manual.
Tools
In addition to standard hand tools, the following items may be required for
maintenance of the DirectFlo:

A small stiff brush for cleaning threads and components.
√
The 1/4" nut driver supplied by Comco in the accessory kit.
√
The 9/16" wrench supplied by Comco in the accessory kit.
