28. DISASSEMBLING AND CLEANING THE SQUEEGEE
Check the squeegee is always clean, for better drying results.
To clean it you must:
1. Take the machine in an area designated for the disposal of liquids.
2. Engage the parking brake.
3. Turn the key of the master switch to the "OFF" position, and remove the key.
4. Detach the suction tube from the squeegee body.
5. Loosen the right-hand knob on the squeegee body.
6. Rotate the squeegee body anticlockwise until it is released from the right-hand
seat on the squeegee connection.
7. Unthread the squeegee body from the left-hand seat until it is released from
the squeegee connection.
8. Clean the inside of the squeegee body.
9. Loosen the suction nozzle fixing knobs, rotating them anticlockwise.
10. Remove the nozzle and clean it inside with a jet of running water.
11. Remove the suction nozzle seal on the squeegee body and clean it with a jet of
running water. Clean its seat too.
12. Carefully clean the squeegee rubbers with a jet of running water.
13. Reassemble all the elements.
29. CLEANING THE SQUEEGEE TUBE
1. Take the machine in an area designated for the disposal of liquids.
2. Engage the parking brake.
3. Turn the key of the master switch to the "OFF" position, and remove the key.
4. Remove the tube from the sleeve on the squeegee
5. Remove the tube from the sleeve behind the recovery tank
6. Wash the inside of the tube with a jet of running water - from the top down - to
remove any impurities that may prevent good suction
7. Reassemble all the elements.
