22. PREPARING TO WORK
1. Connect the connector (1) to the batteries.
ATTENTION: before using the machine, the operators must be
suitable trained. We therefore suggest you read this instruction
booklet carefully and read it again whenever difficulties arise
while using the machine

2. Rotate the key of the master switch (2) to the "ON" position (clockwise). The
monitor display on the instrument panel will immediately come on.
3. Disengage the parking brake (3)
ATTENTION: if the machine is used in places where there is a
risk of falling objects, the operator must be provided with all the
appropriate protection devices as laid out in the legal
requirements
4. Lower the base using the momentary bipolar two-way switch on the instrument panel.
5. Lower the squeegee using the momentary bipolar two-way switch on the
instrument panel (AUTO position).
Suction begins as soon as the squeegee touches the floor.
6. Select the speed - slow or fast.
7. Position the switch lever in the position for forwards movement.
The machine has a "man present" microswitch beneath the seat. The machine will
therefore only begin to move forwards when the microswitch is activated.
The water will only begin to flow out when the machine starts moving forward.
