СОВЕТЫ ПО ЭКСПЛУАТАЦИИ И МЕРЫ ПРЕДОСТОРОЖНОСТИ

15.1

ПРЕДВАРИТЕЛЬНОЕ ОХЛАЖДЕНИЕ

Прежде чем начать цикл шокового охлаждения/заморозки, рекомендуется

предварительно охладить камеру при помощи соответствующей функции. Не

загружайте продукты в ходе цикла предварительного охлаждения.

Старайтесь не открывать двери во время цикла шокового

охлаждения/заморозки.

15.2

РАЗМЕЩЕНИЕ ПРОДУКТА НА ПРОТИВНЕ

Используйте низкие противни для лучшего контакта поверхности продукта с

воздухом.

Располагайте продукты аккуратно, не кладите их один на

другой.

Будьте внимательны при помещении вакуумных пакетов, проверяйте, что пакет

не прикасается и не блокирует потоки воздуха вокруг вентиляторов.

15.3

ЗАГРУЗКА АППАРАТА

Оставляйте между противнями расстояние примерно в 2 см для надлежащей

циркуляции воздуха.

Продукты должны размещаться в один слой в емкостях:

открытых

предназначенных для пищевых продуктов

стойких к температурам, достигаемых при глубоком замораживании и

приготовлении

с низкими краями (максимум 4,5 см

)

Ничем не накрывайте контейнеры.

Правильное позиционирование емкостей обеспечит свободную циркуляцию

воздуха внутри камеры: не загораживать вентиляторы и не нагружать

оборудование сверх установленных пределов.

15.4

РАСПРЕДЕЛЕНИЕ ПРОТИВНЕЙ

В случае неполной загрузки распределяйте противни равномерно по всей

рабочей высоте камеры.

Если во время цикла добавляются новые противни, то всегда размещайте их в

верхней части камеры, передвигая уже имеющиеся противни вниз

Не оставляйте горячие продукты внутри камеры без запуска цикла.

Не превышайте максимально допустимую загрузку для данной модели аппарата.

15.5

ПРАВИЛЬНОЕ ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ

Не загромождайте моторное отделение, не загораживайте приток воздуха спереди и отвод тепла сзади. Не

загораживайте коробками и не устанавливайте шкафы

консерваторы в ниши.
