3 : Temperature difference higher than 5°C between metal plates of applicator 1
4 : Temperature value is more than 3°C lower than setpoint
5 : Temperature difference higher than 5°C between metal plates of applicator 2
The cause for errors 1, 2 and 4, most probably is in the applicator`s head. To check the temperatures
of the applicators in real time it is necessary to start a treatment. Repeat the same procedure like
checking the hydraulic circuit pressure, press and hold the current vacuum of the applicator 2
(marked in red on the image) on treatment screen.
Check temperature value on each of the applicator plates
Keeping pressed the current vacuum square (marked in red) of applicator 2, the active applicators will
display the current vacuum value (marked in yellow and red) of each of the plates. The value will vary
every 2 seconds showing the temeperature measured by each sensor (one per a plate)
Format of the displayed numbers
The three numbers that appear on the screen have different meanings, for temperatures above 0°C -
3 digits with one decima.And below 0°C the first digit is always 9, indicating the symbol
“-”.
Interpretation of the temperatura values:

If after several seconds when starting a cycle and the temperature value has not dropped below 32 °
C, any of the sensors might be in short circuit (Error 1 from temperatura alarm register). On the other
hand, if is displayed a negative value immediately after starting a treatment, it indicates that any of the
sensors or both of them are in open cicuit (error 2). Error 4 will appear when trying to reach the set
temperature, but any of the sensors or both measurements do not decrease.
