Garantie limitée d'un an pour les produits achetés aux États-Unis
Cobra Electronics Corporation garantit que les chargeurs GA-CC ainsi que les pièces qui les composent seront exempts de
défauts de matériel ou de fabrication pendant la période d’un (1) an qui suit la date de la première vente au détail. Cette
garantie s’applique au premier acheteur au détail, sous réserve que le produit soit utilisé aux États-Unis. Cobra réparera ou
remplacera, à sa discrétion, les chargeurs GA-CC, produits ou composants défectueux, sans frais, sur livraison accompagnée
d’une preuve datée du premier achat au détail (par ex. une copie du coupon de caisse) au service de réparation de l’usine
Cobra. Le client doit payer l’envoi initial du produit couvert par la garantie, mais les frais de retour sont à la charge de Cobra,
si le produit est réparé ou remplacé en vertu de la garantie.
Exclusions : Cette garantie limitée ne s’applique pas : 1) à tout produit endommagé par accident; 2) en cas de mésusage ou
d’abus ou par suite d’une modification ou d’une réparation non autorisée; 3) si le numéro de série a été modifié, mutilé ou
enlevé; 4) si le propriétaire du produit réside à l’extérieur des États-Unis.
La durée de toutes les garanties implicites, y compris les garanties de qualité marchande et d’adaptation à un usage particulier,
se limite à la durée de la présente garantie. Cobra n’est pas responsable des dommages indirects, accessoires ou autres, y
compris sans s’y restreindre les dommages attribuables à la perte de jouissance ou au coût d’installation. Certains États
n’autorisent pas la limitation de la durée de la garantie implicite et/ou ne permettent pas l’exclusion ou la limitation des
dommages indirects ou accessoires; par conséquent, il se peut que les limitations ci-dessus ne s’appliquent pas dans votre cas.

Votre nouveau chargeur de piles GA-CC de Cobra et ses composants sont couverts par une garantie de remplacement d'un (1)
an. Si un défaut de fabrication apparaît au cours de l'année qui suit la date de l’achat initial, le produit sera remplacé. Retournez

Limited One-Year Warranty for Products Purchased in the U.S.A.
Cobra Electronics Corporation warrants that its Cobra GA-CC Battery Charger, and the component parts thereof, will be free of
defects in workmanship and materials for period of one year from the date of first consumer purchase. This warranty may be
enforced by the first consumer purchaser, provided that the product is utilized within the U.S.A. Cobra will, without charge,
repair or replace, at its option, defective GA-CC battery chargers, products or component parts upon delivery to the Cobra
Factory Service Department, accompanied by proof of the date of first consumer purchase, such as a duplicated copy of a sales
receipt. You must pay any initial shipping charges required to ship the product for warranty service, but the return charges will
be at Cobra’s expense, if the product is repaired or replaced under warranty.
Exclusions: This limited warranty does not apply: 1) to any product damaged by accident; 2) in the event of misuse or abuse of
the product or as a result of unauthorized alterations or repairs; 3) if the serial number has been altered, defaced or removed;
4) if the owner of the product resides outside the U.S.A.
All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to
the length of this warranty. Cobra shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or other damages; including, without
limitation, damages resulting from loss of use or cost of installation. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitations may not apply to you.
Limited One-Year Warranty for Products Purchased in Canada
Your new Cobra GA-CC battery charger, and the component parts thereof, is covered by a one year replacement warranty.
If any manufacturing defect becomes apparent in this product within one year from the original date of purchase, it will be
replaced. Please return the GA-CC battery charger to your dealer with original or copy of dated proof of purchase. This warranty
does not cover damages due to careless handling, negligence, accident, abuse or failure to follow operating instructions.
Alteration of this product or defacing of the serial number cancels all obligations of this warranty. This warranty gives you
specified legal rights. Additional warranty rights may be provided by law in some areas.
If you have any questions about installing or operating your GA-CC battery charger, or if you are missing any parts,
please contact Cobra first. Do not return this product to the store. For out of warranty service, ship this product prepaid to:
AVS Technologies Inc., 2100 TransCanada Hwy S., Montreal, Quebec H9P 2N4. We reserve the right to repair or replace the
unit with an equivalent product. Please include the following information: date of purchase, model number, dealer purchased
from, dealer address, dealer phone number.
