Adjust settings on the tabs as needed to achieve optimal images. See the following sections for
detailed information.
NOTE!
A scene can be selected only when it is supported by the IP camera.
To restore default image settings, click
Default
in the lower right corner. This function is available
only when the camera is connected to the NVR via the private protocol.
Image settings apply to both live and recorded videos.
Image enhancement

Click the
Image Enhancement
tab.

Adjust the settings as needed. Some important parameters are described in the table below.
Parameter
Description
Brightness
The greater the value, the brighter the images appear.
Saturation
The amount of color in a specified hue.
Contrast
The degree of difference between the lightest (white) and darkest (black) parts
of an image. Setting a greater value increases contrast.
Hue
Purity of colors in an image.
Sharpness
Contrast of boundaries of objects in an image.
Noise Reduction
Reduce noises in images to improve image quality.
Image Rotation
Normal: Displays images without rotation.
Flip Vertical: Displays images flipped vertically.
Flip Horizontal: Displays images flipped horizontally.
180°: Displays images flipped vertically and horizontally.
90° CW: Displays images rotated 90° clockwise.
90° CCW: Displays images rotated 90° counterclockwise.
Note:
The 90° CW and 90° CCW options can be used to achieve corridor mode,
depending on the camera installation direction.
In corridor mode, operations to areas of interest (such as zoom and motion
detection areas) also work in corridor mode.
