CAM CHAIN ADJUSTMENT
1.
Tum off the engine and take off its cap.
2. Turn the rotor anti-clockwise till the mark TR’ aligns the
inner-gauged cap.
3. Loosen lock nut (1), meanwhile, the cam chain would auto-
matically proper tensiled.
4. After done, hold the adjuster (2) tightly and tighten the
lock nut.
AIR CLEANER MAINTENANCE
Air cleaner should be maintained periodically (referring to
page 84); When users drive in dusty or sandy area, mainte-
nance should be done more frequently.
1. Take off the right cover of motorbike.
2. Loosen all nuts down, dismount the air cleaner cap and
the filter.
3. Take out the filter.
4. Blow the filter inward with compressed air till it is clean. If
necessary, change a new filter.
5. Refit all the parts of air cleaner in reverse order.
