DISASSEMBLY FRONT, WHEEL
1.
Plug Engine with bung and make front wheel far away from
ground.
2. Take apart axle cable connection of speedometer (2) .To
take apart it, it is okay to take down the screw (1).
3. Take down axle nut and pull out front axle.
4. Take down front wheel.
5. To install it, please follow its inverse order of assembly.
NOTE
After to taken down front wheel, don’t operate brake
pedal again. Then maintain arrester device.
(Torque of axle screw is 4.0-5-OKG-Metre)
DISASSEMBLY REAR WHEEL
1.
Prop Motorcycle with central support; Loosen up adjust-
ment nut for rear brake, moreover, take apart joint between
trig lever and trig arm. Take down retainer arm (4) on the
washer (5).
2. Loosen up rear axle nut, and pull out rear wheel axle(6).
Then take down rear wheel.
3. To install it, you can follow its inverse order of disassembly.
Then adjust driving chain and rear arrester well.
