Only trained maintenance personnel can work on the
equipment.
ELECTRIC FAN:
No maintenance required.
COIL:
No routine maintenance required.
FILTER:
Use a tool to release the filter holder and remove the
filter from the guides.
It should be cleaned periodically using a vacuum
cleaner or by shaking it lightly. Replace it when it can-
not be cleaned.
SPARE PARTS:
When ordering spare parts, always quote the model of
the appliance and the description of the component.
WARNING!
BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE, DISCONNECT THE APPLIANCE
FROM THE POWER SUPPLY.
WARNING!
ALWAYS REASSEMBLE THE FILTER AFTER
CLEANING IT.
FAULT
1 - The motor does not turn or turns incorrectly.
SOLUTION
• Check that power is on.
• Check correct connection of the wires, referring to
the wiring diagrams.
• Check the position of the main switch, the operating
mode switch and the thermostat.
FAULT
2 - The appliance does not heat/cool as it did previ-
ously.
SOLUTION
• Make sure that the filter is sufficiently clean.
• Check that there is no air in the water circuit by vent-
ing the coil.
FAULT
3 - Water leaks from the appliance.
SOLUTION
• Check that drain hose slopes towards the conden-
sate drain.
• Check that the condensate drain is not blocked.
Before carrying out any maintenance work, disconnect
the fan coil from the mains power supply and make
sure it cannot be reconnected inadvertently.
All work must be carried out in accordance with cur-
rent health and safety standards and regulations.
Filter maintenance
• The filter can either be cleaned or replaced.
• For cleaning, use a vacuum cleaner at medium or
low power.
• For replacement, remove the air intake grill after
opening the fasteners and replace the filter.
To open the grill, use a special tool to release the
two sliders.
• Finally, reassemble the air intake grill.
