POSITION OF THE RESET BUTTON ON THE

Operating limits for cassette units with electric coil
Max. room temperature for cassette units with elec-
tric heating coil: 25°C
• To install the valves, follow the manufacturer's
instructions; to make the water connections to the
cassette units, refer to the drawings; for the electrical
connections, refer to the following wiring diagrams.
• To prevent condensate from dripping onto the ceiling
in cold water systems, carefully insulate the pipes,
valves and coil connections.

• For details on connecting the chosen control unit, see
the instructions enclosed with this.
WARNING:
• The cables must pass through the appropriate cable
glands and flexible couplings.
• The valves must be connected following the recom-
mended wiring diagrams.
• The valves used must stop water inlet when there is
no power supply.
• If the proposed connections are not complied with,
there is the risk of having water overflowing from the
condensation drain pan.
• It is essential that the water valves close at the same
time as the internal contact opens on the board
between terminals 2 and 3 (terminals 9 and 10 for
units with heaters).
• The contact between terminal 2 and 3 (terminals 9
and 10 for units with heaters) remains closed until the
level of condensate in the pan reaches the maximum
allowed level.
• The valves must only open when the fan is running at
one of the three speeds.
• Check tightness in the most critical points of the
system when filling it with liquid for the first time.
• The manufacturer declines all liability in the event
of malfunctions or damage caused by dripping from
any valve assemblies purchased externally by the
installer.
If the installer decides to use of zone solenoid water
valves instead of individual water valves fitted on each
unit, the valve must be connected electrically in such a
way that it closes when any of the appliances are shut
down by their own safety devices; to install the system,
it is recommended to use the diagram shown on the
side.
