Switch On Switch Off 

•   Switch on the hand hoover by pressing the On/Off  button. The appliance starts vacuuming and the 

indicator lights up blue during the entire operation.

•   To switch off , press the On/Off  button again. The appliance stops the suction process and the display 

goes out.

EMPTY DUST CONTAINER

•   Empty the dust container only when the appliance is switched off .

•   Press the release button and remove the suction nozzle

•   Empty the dust bin directly over an open dustbin. The distance to the 

dustbin should be as small as possible so that the dust is not dispersed 

in the surrounding area.

•   Turn the dust container clockwise to separate it from the hand hoover. 

Remove dirt residues from the dust container and fi lters.

•   Put the dust container back on the appliance and turn it 

counterclockwise to tighten it to the appliance.

REMOVE AND CLEAN THE FILTER

Note:  The HEPA fi lter is a long-term fi lter. Depending on use, we recommend changing the fi lter at 

intervals of 6–12 months.

•   Remove the fi lters only when the unit is switched off .

•   Turn the dust container clockwise to separate it from the hand hoover.

•   Remove the stainless steel fi lter by turning it clockwise.

•   Remove the HEPA fi lter by sliding it out of the stainless steel fi lter.

•   Clean the stainless steel fi lter with a damp cloth or under running water 

if necessary. Make sure that the stainless steel fi lter is completely dry 

before putting it back into the appliance.

•   Clean the HEPA fi lter with a soft brush or tap it out.

•   After cleaning the fi lters, put the HEPA fi lter back into the stainless

steel fi lter.

•   Place the stainless steel fi lter in the hand hoover and turn it 

counterclockwise to tighten it. Put the dust container back on the 

appliance and turn it counterclockwise to tighten it to the appliance.

CLEANING AND STORAGE

•   The hand hoover can be gently wiped with a soft, damp cloth and then dried with an absorbent,

soft cloth.

•   It is advisable to let the hand hoover dry on a cloth or towel for a while after cleaning to make sure it is 

completely dry before putting it away.

•   Never wipe the unit with very hot water, aggressive chemicals or cleaning agents as this may damage 

the surface.

•   Never hold the appliance under water, as liquid may penetrate and damage the hand-held hoover.

•   Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the unit. These can damage the appliance.

•   Store the appliance and accessories out of the reach of children and animals in a dry, frost- free place 

protected from sunlight.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the unit does not work properly, check if a problem can be solved by yourself. If the above steps do not 

solve the problem, please contact Customer Service.

Problem

Possible cause / solution

The unit only works slow or does 

not start.

•  Is the battery empty? Charge the battery.

The suction power is too weak.

•   Is the battery too weak? Charge the battery.

•   Is the dust container full? Empty the dust container.

•   Is the HEPA fi lter very dirty? According to Clean chapter 

„Cleaning“.

•   Is the suction opening blocked? Switch off  the appliance and 

check the Remove blockage.

•   It may also be that some particles are stuck to the carpet or 

are too large / too heavy to be removed from the unit to be 

ingested. Remove these foreign bodies by hand.

When vacuuming escapes dust 

from the unit.

•   Check whether the dust container and fi lter holder are correctly 

are inserted and correct the fi t if necessary.

•   Check that the dust container is closed.

•   Is the HEPA fi lter very dirty? Clean according to chapter 

„Cleaning“.

•   Is the HEPA fi lter worn or damaged? Replace the HEPA fi lter.

The battery is not charging.

•   Is the power supply unit connected correctly?

•   Is the socket defective? Try another socket.

•   Check the fuse of the mains connection.

Strange smell.

•   When using the appliance for the fi rst time, a new smell is 

normal, with in time, it disappears.
