REAR WHEEL/ SUSPENSION

Rear Wheel Installation

Install the

spacer collar

into the

bearing

with a

suitable bearing driver.

Inspect the bearing bores of the sprocket carrier for
wear or burrs. Smooth any ridges or burrs to allow
the bearing to be installed.

Lightly grease the bearing bore and install the

bearing

with a suitable bearing driver.

Install the

dust seal

. Grease the dust seal lips after

installation.

Install the

sprocket carrier

into the rear wheel hub.

Apply grease to the dust seal.

Position the

wheel

forward and to the right between

the swing arm and drape the

drive chain

over the

rear sprocket.

Inspect the bearing

bore for burrs

Grease the seal lips

after installation

Apply grease to

the seal lips
