2.4.1 Notices during Stainless Steel Fasteners Installation

Improper operation may lead to deadlock of unlocking Bolts and Screws

Reduce the friction coefficient:

Ensure the surface clean and smooth ( no dirt or contaminant )

Apply lubricant(grease or 40# engine oil) to fasteners prior to tightening. You
should be using a lubricant to stop galling in the threads;

Proper instruction:

Apply force to fasteners in the direction of thread;

）
Apply force uniformly, keep eyes on safe torque;

）
Professional tools are recommended;

）
Avoid working at high temperature, or electric tools for tightening;
