During a call, you can view and check the technical details of the call with the Web-based GUI.
To view the call status details:

During a call, click on the

Call Statistics

link on the left side of the web interface to view the

Call View box as shown below:

If you click on the

Info

link on the left side of the Call Statistics window, detailed call

information displays.
