The moment a device such as a laptop is connected to Collaborate Room via a data point,
the Laptop option is enabled. The system will be connected to the laptop in "presentation
only" mode (see Presentation Mode).
When you select Laptop as data source, the screen switches to the data on the laptop.

You can view and share files that are stored on a portable USB flash drive.
To view and share files from a USB flash drive:
1.
Insert a USB flash drive to one of the Collaborate Room USB ports. The message "
USB
device inserted
" is displayed.
2.
Select
Data Sharing>File
. The Document Selection window appears.
3.
Select the file you want and then press OK on the remote control. The following files are
supported: *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.gif, *.png, *.tiff, *.tif, *.bmp, *.wmf, *.mpg, *.mpeg, *.wmv,
*.avi, *.pps, *.ppt, *.doc, *.rtf, *.xls, *.xlsx, *.pdf, *.pptx, *.ppsx, *.docx.
4.
Select
Open
. The file is displayed. If the file is opened during a videoconference, it is
shared with all the viewers.
