5. Tap out all parts and brush off any loose dirt.
IMPORTANT:
Do
not
clean the motor
fi
lters with water!
6. Flip up the two side catches (

) on the cyclone insert (

and remove the cyclone insert from the dust container.
7. Clean the dust container and cyclone insert with a damp cloth and then dry them
thoroughly.
8. Insert the cyclone insert into the dust container and

x it in place with the two catches.

lter into the

lter holder.
10. Place the
fi
lter holder onto the cyclone insert with the
fl
eece motor
fi
lter facing
downwards.
11. Place the lid onto the dust container so that the arrow on the lid points to
OPEN
on
the dust container. Twist the lid clockwise to shut it until the arrow points to
LOCK
. It
must be heard to engage in place.
12. Insert the dust container into the motor unit (see the “Assembly” chapter – “Removing
/ Inserting the Dust Container”).
Cleaning the Motor Unit, Extension Tube and Combi Nozzle
• Wipe down the motor unit (

), extension tube (

) and combi nozzle (

) with a damp,
soft cloth if necessary. Then dry them with a soft cloth.
• Regularly remove hair and
fl
uff from the brush attachment of the combi nozzle.
Cleaning the Turbo Nozzle
To make it easier to clean, the brush can be removed from the turbo nozzle (
17
):
1. On the bottom of the turbo nozzle, turn the catch
anticlockwise using a coin or similar object and remove
the cover.
2. Lift up the brush by the elastic band on the right side and
pull off the elastic band.
3. Take out the brush and remove any contamination.
4. Reinsert the brush. Insert the smooth end
fi
rst.
5. Place the elastic band around the end with the toothed wheel and press it into the
recess of the turbo nozzle. You must hear and feel the brush engage.
6. Insert the cover. When you do this, make sure that the locking lug on the upper end
fi
ts in the recess which is provided for it on the turbo nozzle.
7. Turn the catch clockwise with a coin or similar object and thus
fi
x the cover in place.
