11.2 Maintenance and repair
If the water pump does not work properly, contact a de-
aler or our customer service. The contact details can be
found in chapter 1.2 Customer Service.
All protection and safety equipment must be reinstalled
immediately after completion of repair and maintenance
work.
Regular maintenance and careful care reduce the risk of
possible malfunctions and help extend the life of your
device.
Make sure that the water pump is switched off before
carrying out any maintenance or repair work.
Regular maintenance and careful care reduce the risk
of possible malfunctions and help to extend the service
life of your device. To prevent possible malfunctions, it is
advisable to regularly check the pressure generated
and the energy consumption. The pre-pressure (air
pressure) in the pressure vessel should also be chec-
ked regularly. To do this, disconnect the pump from the
mains supply and open a consumer in the pressure
line - e.g. a water tap - so that the hydraulic system is no
longer under pressure.
If water flows out of the boiler valve, the membrane is
defective and must be replaced. A high-quality food-
safe diaphragm is available as a spare part. If the de-
vice is not used for a longer period of time, the pump
and pressure vessel should be emptied using the de-
vices provided for this purpose.
