11.2 Maintenance and repair
For the pump to work perfectly at all times, regular main-
tenance is required. This also applies if the pump is
used under severe conditions but does not run for a
long time (e.g. when used in wells).
Yearly maintenance:
- Check the pump housing and the chords for damage.
- Remove stubborn dirt.
- Rinse the inside of the pump by placing it in a con-
tainer filled with clear water and turn it on briefly.
(Only with model SCWP 10013)
- Rinse the pump with clear water.
If the water pump does not work properly, contact a
dealer or our customer service. The contact details can
be found in chapter 1.2 Customer Service.
All protection and safety equipment must be reinstalled
immediately after completion of repair and maintenance
work.
Regular maintenance and careful care reduce the risk of
possible malfunctions and help extend the life of your
device.
11.3 Disposal, recycling of used devices
Please take care in your own interest and in the interest
of the environment that all component parts of the ma-
chine are only disposed of in the intended and permit-
ted way.
11.4 Decommissioning
Immediately decommission disused machines in order
to avoid later misuse and endangering of the environ-
ment or personal safety.
- Eliminate all environmentally hazardous operating
materials from the used device.
- If required, disassemble the machine into easy-to-
handle and usable components and parts.
- Dispose of machine components and operating
materials by the disposal channels provided.
11.5 Waste disposal of electric equipment
Please note that electrical devices contain a variety of
recyclable materials as well as environmentally harmful
components.
You contributes to that these components are disposed
of separately and properly. In case of doubt, please
contact your municipal waste disposal. As necessary, a
specialized waste disposal company can help be used
for the treatment.
11.6 Disposal of lubricants
Please pay attention to an environmentally friendly dis-
posal of the used coolants and lubricants.
Observe the disposal instructions of your municipal dis-
posal companies.
Disposal notes for used lubricants are available from the
manufacturer of the lubricants. If necessary, request the
product-specific data sheets.

ATTENTION!
Maintenance and repairs must always be carried out
by qualified personnel; Any damaged parts can only
be replaced by original spare parts.
A damaged pump must be repaired professionally.
Do not try to repair the pump yourself.
If repairs to electrical parts are necessary, please
contact your local dealer.
Make sure the pump is off before performing any
maintenance or repair.
ATTENTION!
If one of the following errors occurs, immediately
stop working with the water pump.
Before you begin troubleshooting, turn off the water
pump and unplug the power cord. Otherwise it
could lead to serious injuries.
All repairs or replacement work may only be carried
out by qualified and trained specialist personnel.
NOTE!
If you can not solve the problems with your water
pump yourself, then please contact your nearest
CLEANCRAFT dealer. Please write down the follow-
ing information from the water pump or the operating
instructions in advance to help you with your problem
in the best possible way.
- Model name of the device
- Serial number of the device
- Construction year
