Objectives
This document contains instructions and procedures for installing and configuring the VPN Acceleration
Module 2+ (SA-VAM2+), a single-width acceleration module that installs in the Cisco 7204VXR and
Cisco 7206VXR routers with the NPE-225, NPE-400, NPE-G1 or NPE-G2 processors, and the
Cisco 7301, and the Port Adapter Jacket Card in the I/O controller slot of a Cisco 7200VXR router with
an NPE-G1 or NPE-G2 installed, and allows a port adapter to be installed in it.
The part number for the VAM2+ is SA-VAM2+(=).
