Enables VTP pruning on the device. The default
is disabled.

Disables VTP pruning on the device. The default
is disabled.

no vtp pruning
Step 3
(Optional)
Displays the VTP pruning eligibility of the trunk
port. The default is that all the VLANs from 2 to
1001 are pruning eligible.

show interface
interface-identifier switchport
Step 4
Creates a port-channel interface and enter interface
configuration mode.

interface port-channel

Sets the specified VLANs to be VTP pruning
eligible.
