Appendix C: Upgrading Firmware

To upgrade the Gateway’s firmware:

1. Download the Gateway’s firmware upgrade file from

www.linksys.com

2. Extract the file on your computer.

3. Open the Gateway’s web-based utility and click the

Administration

tab.

4. Click the

Firmware Upgrade

tab.

5. Click the

Browse

button to find the extracted file, and then double-click it.

6. Click the

Upgrade

button, and follow the on-screen instructions.
