The Cisco TelePresence System 1100 (CTS 1100) is designed to be used in a multipurpose room (for
example, a conference room). However, to ensure that you have the best conferencing experience, Cisco
recommends that you optimize your room by using the guidelines and recommendations in this chapter.

General Room Requirements and Recommendations
The following are required elements for a CTS 1100 room:

You must use an enclosed space.

You must have a room with the minimum dimensions that are specified in the
Table Dimensions” section on page 2-2

The room must meet minimum heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) requirements that
are provided in the
“Power Requirements” section on page 2-5
