01 1C - Set Power Off Inhibit
This command sets the Power Off Inhibit flag, which temporarily suppresses any
unfounded attempt to power down the server.
If the Power Off Inhibit flag is set, the firmware saves the cause of any attempt to
perform a Power Off, Power Cycle or restart of the server, but does not perform the
action. The cause of the most recent attempt to perform a Power Off, Power Cycle or
restart of the server is always saved at any given time. The stored action is only
performed when the Power Off Inhibit flag is reset.
The Power Off Inhibit flag is automatically reset after a power failure or when the reset
button is pressed.
The effect of the Power Off Inhibit flag is the same as that of the Dump flag used
when creating a main memory dump. In this case, the initiator must set the flag
before making the dump and reset it when the dump is complete.
