To enable Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP) Immediate-Leave processing on a VLAN
interface, use the ip igmp snooping immediate-leave command in global configuration mode. To
disable Immediate-Leave processing on the VLAN interface, use the no form of this command.
ip igmp snooping vlan vlan-id immediate-leave
no ip igmp snooping vlan vlan-id immediate-leave

Use the Immediate-Leave feature only when there is only one IP multicast receiver present on every port
in the VLAN. The Immediate-Leave configuration is saved in nonvolatile RAM (NVRAM).
The Immediate-Leave feature is supported only with IGMP version 2 hosts.
Examples
The following example shows how to enable IGMP Immediate-Leave processing on VLAN 1:

You can verify your settings by entering the show ip igmp snooping vlan privileged EXEC command.
