Entering Data in the IVR System
You can enter numeric and alphanumeric data in the IVR system.
Entering Numeric Data
Numeric input includes the numbers 0 through 9, and may include periods (.). For
example, to enter an IP address, use the keypad to enter numbers and use the * to
enter periods (.). Press the # key to complete your input.
Entering Alphanumeric Data
Alphanumeric input includes the numbers 0 through 9, uppercase and lowercase
alphabetic characters, and symbols. When you enter alphanumeric input, use the
keypad and press a number key the appropriate number of times to access the
correct letter, number, or symbol you need, followed by the # sign, and another #
sign to complete your input.
