WARNINGS AND USE INSTRUCTIONS
1.1 General description of the ‘B-Moved’ system
‘B-Moved’ is an electronically-controlled mechanical system for moving cabinet or similar doors on the special sliding arrangements
indicated in the instructions. Each door is equipped with a movement bar, composed of a screw axially connected to an electric motor,
which drives a lead nut attached to the door.
Unless otherwise indicated, the mass limit of each of the doors to be moved is indicated in the technical specifi cations of the Cinetto sliding
system with which it is combined.
The system can be activated by a slight push of the door or by the remote control supplied.
1.2 Installation features: program self-learning
The system is able to simultaneously manage up to 4 doors each combined with a movement bar.
The electronic control unit can be combined with movement bars numbered between 1 and 4. In addition to connected doors, the system also
manages various operating modes and programs to match the exact sliding system used.
‘B-Moved’ identifi es the program to be used based on how the movement bars are connected to the control unit, and each movement system is
supplied with specifi c instructions for connecting the movement bars.
1.3 Installation features: door track self-learning
The system is equipped with a specifi c function for setting door track limits. After the system is installed, this function can be activated by
pressing the ‘SET/RESET’ button on the control unit for 3 seconds. Before activating this function, ensure that the supplied mechanical track limit
stops are positioned according to instructions and that the doors start in the closed position.
This function can be activated at any time and previously memorized track limits will be overwritten.
1.4 Installation features: remote control pairing
This function allows the pairing of the supplied remote control with the desired control unit. The remote control pairing codes are stored in the
receiver.
Multiple control units can be paired and used with a single remote control.
Multiple remote controls can be paired and used with the same control unit.
1.5 Movement control
Following track setting and remote control paring, the system is operational.
The movement of each door can then be controlled by a slight push in the
opening direction or by using the remote control.
Manual and remote controls are totally compatible with each other.
The door will move in the desired direction and then remain stopped until
the next control command.
1.6 Remote control buttons
To guarantee the compatibility of the remote control with all cabinet confi gurations, every remote control has 4 buttons. The active control buttons
for each confi guration are indicated in the respective installation and use instructions.
1.7 Door movement program
Each door can be moved individually. If the door meets an obstacle while moving, it will automatically stop. If a door is stopped with a force
contrary to its direction of movement, it stops and starts moving in the opposite direction.
1.8 Simultaneous movement of various doors
In certain cases, various doors may be move simultaneously in the same direction. If one of the doors is stopped by an obstacle, the other doors
will automatically stop moving in order to avoid the risk of crushing or injury.
1.9 Closure of all doors
If the system is in a state with one or more doors partially or completely open, all the doors may be brought to their closed positions by long
pressing (3 seconds) any of the buttons on the remote control (see Section 1.6).
1.10 Power failure
In the event of a power failure, the doors may also be moved manually, though more force will be required due
to the friction and resistance of the electromechanical system.
If power failure occurs during the movement of a door, the system will stop. When powered again, the door will
move slowly to its closed position before the system becomes fully operational again.
1.11 Control unit switch
The control unit is equipped with a NO switch that closes its contact every time a door is commanded to open.
The switch can handle voltages of between 0 and 48 V and a maximum current of 2A.
