PWM Output Module User’s manual

Address of Expanded Base is connected after the Address of Local Base.

[Figure 17] Case of Additional CM1-Series Connection

In case of PLC-S CPU, it has an I/O function unlike the CM1-Series I/O address
allocation. Address number is assigned in order from CPU. PLC-S CPU is separated
into CM3-SP32MDTx and CM3-SP16MDRx. CM3-SP32MDTx CPU occupies 32-pin
of I/O area and CM3-SP16MDRx uses 8-pin of both input and output but occupies
32-pin of I/O area.
