Subscriber ports on all LE-3xx SCS/SDS and LE-4xx SCS devices are 

intended for interconnection within the provider’s network only. Connection to 
multiple providers’ networks (or the PSTN) can be achieved using other solutions 
that are available within the Ciena/World Wide Packets family of products.
