5：Set frequency arrival

6：Zero speed in service

When the output frequency is 0, ON signal is output.

7：Upper limit frequency arrival

When running frequency arrives upper limit frequency, ON signal is output.

8：Lower limit frequency arrival

When running frequency arrives lower limit frequency, ON signal is output.
