When the terminal with function is set to close, select Acc/Dec time 1
（FA.03、FA.04）as the current effective Acc/Dec time; otherwise, select
Acc/Dec time 0（F0.10、F0.11）as the current effective Acc/Dec time;
24: Selection of the auxiliary frequency source
When the terminal with function is set to close, the auxiliary frequency
source selected by F0.03 is regarded as valid reference frequency.
Notes: this function is prior to the main and auxiliary frequency source
switch set by QUICK/JOG.
