misalignment or binding of moving
parts, cracked or broken parts, dam-
aged electrical wiring, and any condi-
tion that may affect its safe operation.
Sandpaper (38) should not be dull
or contain excessive debris build-up.
Scraper (3) and Cutting Blades (42)
should be clean and sharp.
