Fixed IC tray:
Feeders 60-74 are used to load individual parts, typically ICs, from
fixed trays located at the front of the machine. Numbering starts at the front-left
and continues to the right and then back, and then to the rightmost two trays. For
position and angular alignment, parts are typically set at the back-left edge of a
