LT8229 (ISS 3) 

Flue Spigot 

The Circular Spigot and Gasket are packaged separately in the appliance for transportation, and must be fitted when 
connected to a Conventional Flue. 

Hearth Requirements 

This fire must stand on a non-combustible hearth that is at least 12mm thick and project 50mm minimum from the 
base of the fire in all directions. 

Fireplace Opening (When using the rear vent closure plate). 

The builders opening must be fully sealed using with the closure plate. The width of the opening must be between 
minimum of 290mm to a maximum of 335 mm. The height of the opening must be between a minimum of 550mm 
to a maximum of 560mm. 

Clearances required when installing into a Inglenook opening 

Top Exit: Using Register Plate (Not Provided) 

The appliance his provided with the gather outlet allowing for vertical flue installation.  

Flue pipe used for this type of installation must be 125mm (5 inches) minimum diameter and 3 metres minimum 
effective height.
