To clean the exterior parts of the Bandsaw, use only a clean cloth and mild 
detergent or mild solvent to clean the body of the Saw.  

Do not immerse any 

electrical part of the machine in any liquids.

       CAUTION!  All maintenance, service, or repairs not mentioned in this 
manual must only be performed by a qualified service technician.

Remove Blade.  Then, properly install Blade.

Do not attempt to cut round material with this Saw.
Reduce pressure when feeding material into Blade.
Adjust Guide Bearing to .001” greater than Blade thickness, including weld.
Increase Blade tension a little at a time.
Move Guides as close to workpiece as possible.
Replace Blade.
Use correct speed for material being cut.
Tighten Blade Guide assembly.
Tighten Blade Guide Bearing assy.
Re-track Blade.
