Saw Blade, turn the Upper Wheel by hand in the cutting direction as you turn the
Adjusting Knob clockwise or counterclockwise.

Blade Guide Adjusting Knob (122): The blade guide Adjusting Knob allows
you to raise and lower the Blade Guide Housing (25). The Blade Guide Housing
should always be adjusted as low to the material being cut as possible, without
touching the material. To lower or raise the Blade Guide Housing, loosen the
Adjusting Knob. Move the Blade Guide Housing to the desired depth or height.
Then, retighten the Adjusting Knob.

Table Tilt Assembly: The Table (6) may be tilted from 0 to 45 (right tilt only).
To tilt the Table, loosen the Clamping Handle (133). Loosen the Hex Bolt (123)
on the Stopper (124), and move the Stopper out from under the Table. Turn the
table tilt Adjusting Knob (122) clockwise or counterclockwise until the desired
angle of tilt is achieved as indicated by the Pointer (129). Then, lock the Table in
place by tightening the Clamping Handle and repositioning the Stopper under the
Table.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Always wear ANSI approved safety impact eye goggles and heavy
work gloves when using the Bandsaw. If necessary, also wear hearing
and breathing protection.
2.
WARNING! Keep hands and fingers away from cutting area and Saw
Blade (35).
3.
Before starting the Bandsaw, make sure all adjustments to the machine are
made and all guards are in place and in proper working condition. The blade
guide should be set as close to the workpiece as is practical.
4.
Set the workpiece on the Table (6), making sure the workpiece
does not touch
the Saw Blade (35).

5.
Check to make sure the Power Switch (98) is in its
“OFF” position. Then, plug
the Power Cord into the nearest 120 volt, grounded, electrical outlet.

If using a vacuum system, turn on the vacuum.
7.
Insert the Safety Key into the Power Switch (98), and turn the Power Switch to its
“ON” position. NOTE: When turning on the Bandsaw, allow the Saw Blade (35)
to reach its full speed before feeding the workpiece into the Blade.
