G. Vacuum nozzle: when using external vacuum canisters, bottle stoppers, or other accessories,
insert the hose into this nozzle. Do not block the the nozzle when in use.
H. Release button: press the release buttons at both sides to open the appliance and take out
the sealed food.
1. Mode button: it has two different settings (“Normal” and “Gentle”). You can press the
mode button to change between settings. Use the gentle mode for delicate foodstuffs. You
can manually control the vacuum inside the bag by pressing “Seal” at any time. If power is
interrupted, the appliance will return to its preset “Normal” mode.
2. Food button: it has two different settings (“Dry” and “Moist”). You can press the food button
to change between settings. Choose the setting according to the type of foodstuffs to be
preserved. If power is interrupted, the appliance will return to its preset “Dry” mode.
3. Canister: press this button when using vacuum canisters.
4. Pickling: press this button to marinate food using vacuum cycles. You will be able to get
intense flavours in a short time.
5. Vac/Seal button: press this button to start the vacuuming and sealing process (40-second
pauses are recommended after every use).
6. Seal button: press this button to seal the bag and avoid overpressure, which could crush soft
foodstuffs (40-second pauses are recommended after every use).
7. Stop button: allows the user to stop the process anytime.
