3. OPERATION
SEAL
· Plug in the appliance.
· Place the vacuum roll in its place and unfold it to any size you wish and use the cutter to cut
the bag.
· Insert one opening of the bag into the vacuum chamber.
· Press down the cover until the tabs on both sides click into place.
· Press “SEAL” and the LED will turn on. When the LED turns off again, the process is finished.
· Press both release buttons to open the appliance and take out the sealed bag.
· If you want to seal bags containing liquids, place the opening of the bag between the vacuum
chamber and the sealing bar.
VAC/SEAL
· Plug in the appliance.
· Put the items that you want to preserve inside the sealed bag.
· Clean and straighten the opening of the bag; make sure there are no wrinkles on the opening.
· Insert the opening of the bag into the vacuum chamber. Make sure that the bag does not cover
the vacuum nozzle.
· Press down the cover until the tabs on both sides click into place.
· Press “VAC/SEAL” and the LED will turn on. The bag will be automatically vacuumed and sealed.
When the LED turns off, the process is finished.
· Press both release buttons to open the appliance and take out the sealed items.
CANISTERS
· Plug in the appliance.
· Put the foodstuffs to be sealed inside the canister and close the lid. Insert one end of the hose
into the vacuum nozzle on the side of the appliance and the other end into the hole on the lid
of the canister.
· Press “Canister” and the appliance will suck the air from the canister, creating an airtight seal.
You can press “Stop” anytime to stop the process. The appliance will stop automatically when
the process is finished.
· Unplug the hose from both the vacuum nozzle and the hole in the lid of the canister.
· To remove the items from the canister, press down the button on its lid and open the canister
in a few seconds.
PICKLING
· Plug in the appliance.
· Put the foodstuffs to be marinated inside the canister and close the lid. Insert one end of the
hose into the vacuum nozzle on the side of the appliance and the other end into the hole on the
lid of the canister.
· Press “Pickling” and the appliance will use vacuum cycles to marinate the foodstuffs. The
