This guarantee is for 2 years from the date of purchase, and is valid in Spain and countries belonging to
the European Economic Community.
The guarantee covers all manufacturing defects and incorporates "the liability of the vendor and the
rights of the consumer", as reflected in article 4 of the Act 23/2003, of the 10th of July, on “Guarantees
for the Sale of Consumer Goods” in accordance with the Community directive 1999/44/EC, and in
addition does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer pursuant to that Act.
COR S.A. undertakes to replace, during the period of guarantee, and without charge, all pieces whose
manufacture is defective, always provided that they are remitted to us for examination. To exercise the
guarantee, it is necessary for the defective piece to be accompanied by the present guarantee slip,
duly completed and stamped by the vendor.
The guarantee does NOT cover:
1.The substitution or repair of pieces or elements occasioned by wear due to the normal use of the
equipment, such as osmosis membranes, carbon filters, sediment filters, resins, polyphosphates, etc., as
indicated in the instruction manual for that model.
2.Damage caused by misuse of the equipment or by transport.
3.Manipulation, modifications or repairs carried out by third parties.
4.Faults or malfunctioning arising from improper installation by a party other than an Authorised
Service Centre, in which the instructions have not been followed correctly.
5.Inappropriate use of the equipment, or working conditions other than those indicated by the
manufacturer.
6.The use of spare parts other than originals from COR S.A.
7.IMPORTANT:
COR S.A. cannot accept liability for malfunctioning of the equipment or
the quality of the water if spare parts which are not original have been used.
