THE MOTOR DOES NOT WORK, OR RUNS POORLY
- Check that there are no kinks or blockages in the air supply line, and that the pressure of the compressed air circuit
is at least 7 bar - 102 PSI.
- Check that the distributor
POS 6 - EXPLODED VIEW YAK108/C POS 6 - EXPLODED VIEW YAK108/C is working correctly by disconnecting the hoses and
checking that air passes through.
- If no problems are found in the two preceding steps, the power unit must be replaced (see "Power Unit Removal
Procedure A03843").
THE JACK DOES NOT LIFT THE LOAD
Replace the power unit (see "Power Unit Removal Procedure A03843").
THE JACK LIFTS, BUT COMES DOWN UNDER THE LOAD
Replace the power unit (see "Power Unit Removal Procedure A03843").
HYDRAULIC FLUID LEAKS
Replace the power unit (see "Power Unit Removal Procedure A03843").
THE ARM DOES NOT LOWER WHEN OPERATING THE LOWERING CONTROLS
- Check that there are no kinks or blockages in the air supply line, and that the pressure of the compressed air circuit
is at least 5 bar - 73 PSI (minimum pressure to allow lowering of the arm).
- If no problems are found in the preceding step, the power unit must be replaced (see "Power Unit Removal
Procedure A03843").
