
Freeway DSL User’s Manual
I cannot ping the Freeway DSL from the attached LAN.
1.
Verify that the IP addresses are properly configured. In most cases, you enable the
Freeway DSL’s DHCP function to dynamically assign IP addresses to hosts on the
attached LAN. However, if you manually configure IP addresses on the LAN, verify that
the same network address (network component of the IP address) and subnet mask are
used for both the Freeway DSL and any attached LAN devices.

Make sure the device you want to ping (or from which you are pinging) has been
configured for TCP/IP correctly.
I cannot connect using the web browser.

Be sure to have configured the Freeway DSL with a valid IP address, subnet mask and
default gateway.

Check to see if you have a valid network connection to the Freeway DSL and the port
you are using has not been disabled.

Check the network cabling between the attached PC and the Freeway DSL.
