It is possible to apply the onion harvesting equipment to the GREEN 650/5 L machine, replacing on
the front part the potato digger.
Proceed as follows, always taking into account all the safety regulations presented in this manual:
•
Disconnect the machine from the tractor
•
Lower the support foot
•
Remove the pump unit from the tractor pto
•
Remove the safety split pin from the hook
•
Remove the hook
•
Move the tractor away
•
Secure the mobile structure of the collector by assuming the resting position
•
Remove the plowshares bar (see paragraph 4.2)
•
Remove the discs and the feeler roller.
•
Place the disassembled parts on a pallet, clean them, cover them and protect them from the
action of weathering.
•
Fix the sponge roller by means of the pin and the 2 slides where the mower discs were
previously fitted. (Fig. 13)
• Adjust the conveying slides creating an angle of 5° from the ground (the front part of the
bracket must remain slightly raised).
•
Remove the central discharge of the sorting belt, and replace it with a slide for direct
discharge. (Fig. 14)
