Troubleshooting 

In this part we propose solutions to common configuration problems. 

Problem 

Solution 

DISxRSE is unreachable

 

Unplug and restart DISxRSE / Computer

 

Check cable connection

 

Check network configuration

 

DHCP configuration

 

You cannot login to the web server

 

Check username and password

 

Check if the Caps Lock

 is active 

Communication error with UWP3.0 
controller /SBP2CPY server

 

Check 4-wire cable connection to the SBP2DI48524 interface

 

 

Troubleshooting procedures 

 

Unplug and restart DISxRSE  

Sometimes, rebooting the DISxRSE can be the solution.  

STEP 

ACTION

Turn off the DISxRSE

Unplug it

Wait 30 seconds  

4 

Turn the display back on 

 

Check the cables connection 

If the connection is
