1.  Open the printer cover. 

2.  Open printhead (G) by turning the red pressure lever (F) 

anticlockwise. 

3.  Remove the outside label mounting plate (A). 

4.  Load the label roll with inner winding onto the unwinding roll (B). 

5.  Attach again the label mounting plate (A). 

6.  Lead the label material below the return pulley (C) and the 

printhead (G). 
Pay attention that the label runs through the photocell (E). 

7.  Lead the label material through the cutter unit with integrated 

inserting angle (H). 

8.  In order to move the printhead (G) down, turn the red pressure 

lever (F) in clockwise direction until it locks. 

9.  Adjust the adjusting ring (D) of the return pulley (C) to the width of 

material. 

10.  Close the printer cover.
