6.0 INSTALLATION OF THE THERMO FIREPLACE CARINCI EVOLUTION
6.1 OPEN-VENTED SIMPLE INSTALLATION SCHEME
LEGEND:
1. Copper safety pipe minimum diameter 28 mm (if needed, short bended tracts can be used, using only 45° open
curves, always upsloping towards the expansion vessel)
2. Copper load pipe system minimum diameter 28 mm
3. Load pipe expansion tank
4. Copper overflow pipe minimum diameter 28 mm
5. Float with copper sphere
6. Cold water inlet (do not install check valves)
7. Hot sanitary water outlet
8. Heating supply copper pipe of fitting diameter section but not less than 28 mm diameter
9. Heating return copper pipe of appropriate section but not less than 28 mm diameter
10. Circulator (we recommend positioning the circulator not adhering to the thermo fireplace, but in adequate posi-
tion to simplify the coating)
11. Open expansion vessel (must be placed at least one meter higher than the last radiator or fireplace or pipe, and
cannot be installed higher than 12 m from the thermo fireplace). Note: the thermo fireplace cannot be mounted
with a closed vessel or with a pressure greater than 1,2 ate in any way (the thermo fireplace must be filled ex-
clusively with gravity flow from the expansion vessel)
12. Flue inlet diameter 250, cannot be reduced. If needed, short bended tracts can be used, using only 45° or 30°
curves
