Li-ion Polymer Battery
The battery supplies power to the detector while in wireless connection mode. When operating, only
use the dedicated battery and charge it completely before use. To charge the battery, perform the steps
below.

Connect the power cable (AC/DC medical adaptor) to the DC input port of the charging dock and
the power cord to the power source. The power LED will show a green light indicating the
presence of direct current (DC) power.

Insert the battery into the charging dock.

Charging should begin automatically. Verify that the charge LED shows a blue light. Once the
battery is completely charged, the charge LED should show a green light.
