AF125 Amplifier Connections

The amplifier connections are made to terminal strips found on the top inside plate in the CH1000
cabinet. Connections are as follows. Both the input cable to the amplifier, and the output cable from the
amplifier should make use of shielded cable.

Master Clock Connections

The CH1000 is capable of acting as a master clock. As such it can be set up to synchronize Sapling RS-
485 based slave clocks. The RS-485 port is located inside the CH1000 cabinet (See Figure 16). This port is
wired as shown below. Pins 4 & 5 provide RS-422 communications to the Sapling clocks. (Feature not
available at time of manual release. Contact factory to confirm when feature will be supported).
